An article posted yesterday in the Vancouver Sun spoke about the drugs fertility doctors are giving their patients. The cause for concern may stem from younger and relatively healthy women moving to IVF as a means of attaining a pregnancy faster.

Infertility rates in Canada have been on a steady upward climb for the last many decades. I just wanted to share some statistics for the last 30 years, and some correlations that should not be overlooked. These correlations quite likely display some of the causes of the infertility trend, and they are either reversible or treatable.

drink enough water avoid or reduce caffeine, flour, sugar, animal dairy reduce wheat & gluten get enough sleep include high protein high fiber breakfast (i.e. oatmeal, egg whites) make a commitment to gentle, restorative exercise regular deep relaxed breathing schedule things you enjoy & do them - time with friends

I like sharing the emails I get from clients that I believe are important for other women to read. I am so impressed by the way this woman views life. She is full of faith and it shows in how she surrenders and accepts her reproductive outcomes.

A recent study in the Journal of Human Reproduction, June 2012, showed that wearing tight fitting underwear is associated with a lower motile sperm concentration - A. C. Povey et al. This study also showed no correlation between sperm quality and obesity, smoking, or drinking, which is an unfortunate message to give dad's to be, as there is absolutely no doubt that the health of the father plays a role in the health of the off-spring, long term.

Not sure what is happening within this last week as far as astrology is concerned but within 2 days I had 4 ladies inform me that they are pregnant, all naturally! These are all women who really dug deep and did the work necessary to optimize their chances of receiving this gift. I am grateful to have been a part of their journey toward creating and expanding their families.
